Strange

Nope, that's not a manga title... it was just weird that when I tried to access my blog, it said it was removed, not blocked... REMOVED!!!

That freaked me out a little 'coz I've been planning to make a blog like this for a while now, and I finally actually do a followup post and it gets removed!

And I didn't even post any of the smutty pics...

I wish they emailed me as to WHY it was removed... all it said was there was suspicious activity or something, but by the time I verified my account. I couldn't find the link to what this suspicious activity was... I didn't post links to scans, I didn't even post the scanlator's names, there are no pornographic pics, there are no links to pornographic sites(ew), I don't think I did any copyright infringement since this is what I think of a manga and it's not like I'm claiming the screen caps are my drawings... I just don't get it :(

Story: This is about a porn actor, Kira, and an office worker, Kazuaki. From how they met, how they finally became a couple, to eventually living together with snippets of their lives in between.
Though Kira does the initial chasing(stalking), any major change in their relationship was triggered by Kazuaki. Kira is exceptionally patient(and highly unusual for a seme in yaoi).
This is a really really romantic manga, so many situations that just give you that warm fuzzy feeling inside. My favorite was problaby when Kira had that flashback about a conversation with his high school classmate about first loves... it ended with "If my job is how I make my living... you're how I stay alive". If that doesn't make you feel all tingly, then I don't know what your heart is made of...
I know that this isn't much of a description of the story, but I don't really like giving out a lot of details. If you like a romantic, to the point of being cheesy, story then I strongly suggest you get yourself a copy of the manga.

Art:  I love the art in this. The expressions on their faces are just wonderful. Kazuaki is blushing most of the time, which I find so adorable!
The love scenes are really erotic and just yummy. The way they kiss is just hot!
I have a thing for eyes... Otsuki sensei is really great at drawing those, there are a lot of close up of eyes in this manga, and this makes me a happy yaoi fangirl ^_^

Review: This has a good and relatively simple story. Pretty straightforward, no deep thinking required. I wouldn't mind a vol 2 to see how they're doing.

Censorship is a bit weird. Though their p*nises do vanish in some scenes,  and their legs covered by a blanket on some others, in the first few chapters, I really didn't mind since it really wasn't that kind of a manga... and...  Otsuki sensei made up for it in the last 2 chapters... YUMMY SMUTT!

I loved it when I read it as a scanlation, I loved it even more when I already had the manga in my hands... 

I wish BLU left the "otsukare-sama" as is, "congratulations" doesn't seem to capture the meaning of the word sufficiently. I am happy that they've started printing the some of the colored pages when they increased their price.

Overall: I simply LOVE this... good art, decent story... and smutt!!! True that I won't be picking this up when I want really hardcore yaoi, but it makes the romantic in me very very satisfied.

Hello... to whoever might be bored enough to read a blog by me ^_^

I was supposed to make the initial post when I first made the blog, but somehow this thing didn't want to work and I gave up, and I was too tired from work to do it during the week...

Anyway, here it is... my pride and joy... my manga collection... these pictures were taken about a year ago when I had 2 weeks off work and I was about to get buried if I didn't fix them. I am in that state again, but I'm still too lazy to fix the new manga I have lying all over the place... I will try to post updated pics of my manga when I get around to cleaning my room again...








The manga still spread around the small box were the ones that weren't lucky enough to make it into a box, they were placed on top of the boxes, and now they are with all the new manga I've bought since then

In the near future, I hope to post my reactions/reviews to manga I've read... I've been wanting to post about Calling (I love it!)


and Scarlet (I love this one too!, even if there is a rape scene),


I wanted to post about Love!!, I was really pissed off when I read it, but I didn't want my first entry to be about something I didn't like...

... this is why I love scanlations, so I don't regret spending money on something I will never read again, unless I'm desperate...


The pictures that I will be posting with my reviews will most probably come from scanlations, since I will not have the time nor the energy to look for the specific manga in the mountains of books in my room, unless they're a recent purchase...

oh... don't ask me for the scans of licensed manga, please buy them so that the companies would release more titles sooner, instead of dying out like BeBeautiful and Deux(Aurora) and DramaQueen.

So... that's it for now, and hopefully I'll be able to post more soon ^_^
