There were also DVDs for my friend and 3 big cans of Old Bay seasoning. But they weren't bishie related.... unless I sprinkled the Old Bay on the bishies o.o

There are a lot of old titles there, some of which didn't get to my country, others I didn't feel like buying at the time and couldn't find it anywhere when I wanted it. 

One manga however I bought, but had to re-purchase because I gave my copy away to a friend. I was so devastated when I couldn't even buy it online for a reasonable price... until I found Amazon Marketplace. Some books are still uber expensive, but there are some selling manga for decent prices... you just have to be fast! I just lost out on Embracing Love vol 3... the cheapest it's at is now at $49.99 plus shipping.... and that's used! The new ones are at $79.99!

Anywhoo... the most expensive book in that package was the one with the green cover. It's in Japanese and it's about drawing kissing scenes for BL manga. And it has a CD.

I received 2 novels from Yaoi Club(Akadot) because I ordered 2 Japanese manga. I'm not sure up to when their promo is, but I kinda harassed them, with one email, about it coz it wasn't in the list of things they were shipping to me. I just asked if I was qualified for their promo even if I was ordering through YC instead of Akadot. They didn't answer ._.

I was pleasantly surprised to get them... even though I already had them...

Okay, that's enough for now. I will post more about the manga in the package during the weekend or maybe during my Christmas break. Only 2 working days left!!!!! *dances*

This week in new and new old manga :D

I finally got the manga I ordered from Right Stuf today!
I got the post office notification last week, Friday, but I could only get it today. The package actually got here Oct 28th. It was sent out Oct 11th... It got here FAST! Well, I did tell them I wanted to avoid the Christmas rush...
These are the books I ordered when Media Blasters(Kitty Media) was on sale... well I thought they were on sale, but I just checked now and the prices are still as low as when I ordered them o.o
They're old titles that never got here. So I'm happy now ^_^

The first volume of Nightmares for Sale

It's about a pawnshop, whose owners have a different view on what things are valuable... The stories are nice and creepy. I bought volume 2 here looooooong ago and on sale... and I have no idea where it is now o.o

And now for the yaoi from Kitty!

I was always curious about the Taste of Boy Boy DVD, so I ordered it. You have a choice of what manga to pair it up with, I chose Crimson Spell vol 1. Other choices are A King's Lesson, Dog Style vol 1, Scandalous Seiryo University vol 1 and Skyscrapers of Oz. I'd have gotten Dog Style, but vol 2 is so hard to find at a reasonable price! Amazon sellers have it at US$49. I guess it's still better than Love Like a Hurricane vol 1 which is selling at US$149, USED! 
Oh, the DVD itself was inserted in the manga so it had no case of it's own. And I'm sorry to say that it's not really worth it coz all it had were sneak peeks of the yaoi DVDs and the manga they had.

I read this as I was waiting for my order for dinner on the day I bought it. 

The main story is nice, needs more smutt. I wish they had more on the story of Zaouji, I like him.

• Seven Days - Friday to Sunday (I've been waiting for the longest time for this! They stopped scanlating it when it was licensed)

I didn't get them because I ordered them from Yaoi Club(Akadot) because I was afraid they wouldn't get here... Like these manga:

• Only Serious About You vol 1 - I love this! The story is so so cute!
• Private Teacher vol 1

Not so disappointed that they didn't get released here because I ordered them too :3

Though.... I will be getting them next month. Must..... be.... patient ._.

New old manga

I ordered a few stuff from Amazon and Yaoi Club a few months ago, and I finally got them!
Yaoi club screwed up a bit, but after a day or 2 fixed it. It really wasn't much of a screw up... if it was being sent directly to me, but since it's being sent to a forwarding company, what happened delayed my order a few weeks.

Anyhoo...

The package contained a total of 34 items, 31 were mine. I ordered some manga that were released but never got to this side of the world, some that I was too slow to buy and are now hard to find and DVDs.

DVDs first coz there are only 2. Both I ordered from Amazon.
Black Butler part 2 of season 1. I'm so excited that they're actually releasing season 2!
and
Mushishi! This was a last minute purchase coz it was on sale :D got it for $16.99, original price was $39.98.

I got the Kiss of Fire artbook for $4.00 at yaoiclub! or was is $5.00... yup! it was 4... original price $24.95!
I know I already have one, but I don't know where it's at ;.;

And.... I'm tired x.x

New manga, old order

So... the order I placed with amazon on January 10 finally arrived. 2 months.... All my excitement has waned...

I finally got my hands on Desire Sensibility. I am hoping that there are extras that weren't included in the scanlation

Black Winged Love, I've had this in my shopping cart for a while now, but it was out of stock for the longest time and now I finally have it. Those who love angsty stories will love this

Koi no Kokoro ni Kuroi Hane  

Finder series volumes 1 and 2. This series has a lot of yaoi fans abuzz, but I don't particularly like the story... I do like Fei Long though... volume 3 is supposed to come out next week

I wonder if the Undergrand Hotel vol 2 is the last of the series. One way to find out right?

Tyrant Who Falls in Love vol 1 is mine now. Volume 2 was available here, but vol 1 wasn't... Annoying, isn't it?

and finally Yaoi Hentai vol 4. I was so looking forward to their final volume, but instead of going out with a bang, it was barely a squeak! The first story was ok, but the rest were too meh for me... Even Trach the Tentacle Monster didn't hold my interest much.

I should have bought Yaoi: Anthology vol 2 instead. I've had it in my shopping cart for a while too.

I wonder whatever happened to Zesty and Prince... it's annoying that Yaoi Press is kaput. THEY NEVER EVEN WENT ALL THE WAY!!!

The last item that I got from my order was the Limited Edition box of Kuroshitsuji season 1 part 1.

Yes, after buying all those books during the weekend, I still went out and bought more this week! There were yaoi titles released this week, OF COURSE I'm going to buy them!

Amazon has sample pages, but it's not enough to tell if I will like it or not (I loved the last page though). It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be when I read that it was supposed to attract... them... *cough*

I had a peek of the insides before I got the Naruto Illustration Book. If the pictures had all been of him, I wouldn't have bought it.The illustration that sold me the book was of Naruto and Sasuke facing each other. And the way I held the book made it look like they were about to kiss! Hahahahaha... yeah... it freaked the sales people at the store when I said it out loud... >>;;

I have the scans of Bloody Kiss and I said I was going to read it(the scans) before I went to bed, but I ended up reading the scans before I even made this entry ^_^;;
I normally don't like rape, but it wasn't quite that... I think... Rape with consent? At least it wasn't like the rape in Scarlet(still love this!) The stories were more romantic than I thought they would be, but not sickly sweet romantic. And it has smutt!!! Hehehehe
Makoto Tateno is among the mangaka whose work I look for. Loved Yellow... still waiting for the next volume of Yellow 2 to come out. Warui Yume is one of the oneshots I keep reading over and over again. Ka Shin Fu was one of the titles that didn't sit well with me for some reason... maybe I was in an off mood the day I read it...

Martini has a sad story, with a nice romantic (and smutty) ending
Uh... Sidecar does have rape, but it has something to do with the story... and it's gooooooood...
I had the scans of Martini and only the first few of Sidecar, so I was so looking forward to it. Hated the fact that it took a while before they were finally released and I found out how Sidecar ended! But it was worth it, to me *sighs happily*
